| Social Work reSearch has been created to
encourage Social Work practitioners, students, and other helping professionals to
share ideas and information. This is an opportunity for all participants
to share with others, including our colleagues, valuable information relating
to any topic about the Social Work Profession or like. The type of information
displayed includes, but is NOT limited to: research papers, journals, articles,
vignettes, or other written pieces.
GOAL: To provide the largest online database of information
for social workers by social workers. This information will be useful to
Social Work practitioners, students, and other helping professionals. It
will serve as an online educational grouping of material and will be available
to all Internet users.
OBJECTIVE: The information will be of any subject and any length.
It will be housed on the socialworksearch.com
server. Proper citation will be given to every author unless that author
chooses to remain anonymous. Each author who has a website and who provides
a written article, journal, research paper, or other written material will
have a link from their written piece to their website (optional) or a link to their
email (optional).
HOW: Complete the online form (link below) or send your written
material to contact@socialworksearch.com
with an explanation of what category you would like to see it listed under,
with the following optional information:
- Your full name (for citation purposes).
- Your email address (for an email link).
- Your website address (for a URL link).
Authors can have unlimited written pieces. Click the link below and
complete the online form for submitting your written piece. If the piece
is accepted, it will be displayed on its own webpage in our new "Social
Work reSearch" section to be coming March
1, 2000! All participants will be contacted prior to their piece being
shown to edit or make changes as needed.
