Osiris Training & Consultancy Ltd is a U.K (note the English spelling!) based organisation specialising in training and independent social work. Our training and consultancy business is mostly with Local Government. We undertake training and independent social work mostly in child care and child protection but mental health work is also part of our business. We established in 1998 and our website has been running since 1999. It has, however, had a major revamp at the beginning of 2008 with the addition of much reference user materials on such subjects as risk, probability, judgement, outcome formulation and Attachment Theory amongst other topics. We have placed this material on the site to act as "appetisers" to try and attract more business. Nevertheless, we also hope people find it useful.
